Personally, I found the presence of a stovetop in the apartment a bit challenging, but I understand that others may still find it useful.

Great value for money! The property was modern and clean, with a lovely balcony area. Its location was ideal - close to the beach, train station, and local amenities. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a bus stop and taxi rank right on our doorstep. The host was very attentive, providing us with all the information we needed in advance. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place!
Although the kitchen area was well-equipped, it would have been even better with an oven for more cooking options. parking could sometimes be a challenge as it was popular and limited.

We got great value for our money at Estudio Deluxe A Estrenar. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the train station. The staff, especially Patricia, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more options, such as an oven for cooking.

The location of the apartment was unbeatable, with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. It was also conveniently close to the beach and had good access to public transport. the room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime available. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax.
The only thing that could be improved was the lack of an oven in the kitchen area for more cooking options.

Iris studio was a brilliant choice for my stay! The staff were always available to provide "information" at the reception. The apartment itself was lovely, with comfortable seating and a great pool area. Definitely recommended!
Oh, just one tiny thing. I wish they had a bin to put the rubbish in.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Benalmadena for a week. The place was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with the beach and train station within walking distance. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including the highly recommended El cafe de Antonio. The host, Patricia, and the building staff were all very friendly and helpful. it was excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! It had a cozy bedroom, a modern kitchen with a minibar, and a spacious bathroom. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt right at home!
Personally, I would have preferred a different type of stove. But hey, that's just me.
